9. Investment Advisory Disclosures
Investment advisory services are provided through Smart Invest Edge's registered investment advisor entity. All investment recommendations are subject to the disclosures in our Form ADV Part 2A brochure, which is available upon request. Investments involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. No communication on this website constitutes personalized investment advice until a signed advisory agreement is in place.
10. Insurance Disclosures
Insurance products are offered through licensed insurance agents affiliated with Smart Invest Edge. Product availability, terms, and pricing vary by state. Insurance guarantees are backed by the issuing insurance company's financial strength and are not insured by the FDIC, SIPC, or any federal agency.
11. Fees and Billing
Our fee schedule is disclosed in your engagement agreement or service-specific contract. Subscription plans (Starter, Wealth Builder) are billed annually in advance. Private Client engagements are billed according to a custom fee schedule. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we have materially failed to deliver agreed services.
12. Third-Party Services
We work with third-party custodians, broker-dealers, lenders, credit bureaus, tax filing platforms, and insurance carriers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for their performance, solvency, or compliance. You should review all third-party agreements independently.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we use reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, we do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Financial markets involve risk, and we cannot guarantee specific investment outcomes.
